Our commitment to you is provide quality product and service. You will be Googled before receiving any discounts and rest assured, your carpet choice will be judged. Pets of any nature will be well loved and pictures will be sent to our internal group chat for admiration. 

Alex, as the knower of all things, will talk to you at length (9 page emails, 4 minute voicemails, etc) about your options once a consultation is complete. He will provide a complete picture from start to finish of everything your project will include. 

Installations and servicing are mostly handled by Billy, our main technician. He provides expert troubleshooting and cat petting in the field.
