The Cadogen firebasket has finials and fretwork in chrome and a body of cast steel. All materials are raw, which means the unit does not have lacquer. This grate is available in a brass version, where the finials and fretwork are done in solid brass at no additional charge (See photos, installed unit is the Cadogen in Brass).
